ESL with English Coach Jennifer was established in 2021 and has been serving ESL students from Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Poland, and Taiwan ever since.
I am an English as a Second language and IELTS/TOEFL Exam Preparation Coach. I have been working for English First (EF) since 2020 helping students from around the world to improve their English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
I specialize in preparing ESL students who wish to study abroad for the IELTS/TOEFL examinations and empowering highly skilled business professionals to speak English naturally and confidently.
I have over 20 years of teaching experience, with extensive experience in empowering students to achieve their goals by focusing on their strengths. I enjoy creating comfortable and challenging learning environments and using some humor while learning. I help my students reach their proficiency goals with compassion, patience, innovative learning strategies, and encouragement. The best part of my job is meeting new students from all over the world and learning about their cultures! I have a bachelor's degree from Kaplan University, am a native English speaker, and have earned a Regulated TEFL Certification from Premier TEFL to teach ESL, and am also certified to be an IELTS/TOEFL exam preparation tutor.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy kayaking, reading, crafting, and most of all, spending time with my family. I am married to a handsome and supportive husband. I also have three intelligent, inspirational, and influential daughters who teach me new things every, single, day. Finally, I have a crazy new puppy who is currently learning what life has to offer and a curious, kitten who likes to take everything she can get her little paws on!
